				We had Ritchie Remodel repair and completely renovate a bathroom that had been remodeled only nine years ago, but had developed significant issues shortly after the remodel was completed.  The shower leaked the ceramic tile developed cracks, and the grout deteriorated and fell out.  What was supposed to be an upgrade became leaking disappointment.



From the beginning, Ritchie Remodel took the time to thoroughly investigate the underlying causes rather than simply addressing the visible issues.  They corrected the structural issues, rebuilt the affected areas, and incorporated improved waterproofing methods and higher-quality materials to ensure the problems would not return. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right—not just quickly—was evident throughout the entire project.



The craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. The shower, wall panels, custom niches, glass enclosure, trim work, and overall finish quality all came together beautifully. Communication was excellent, the work area was kept clean, and every phase of the project was completed with professionalism and care.

				I recently had the good fortune to work with Josh Ritchie on my whole home remodel. Work included hardwood floors, new cabinets throughout, extensive master bathroom repairs, exquisite tile work, electrical and pluming upgrades, and new lighting. I found Josh’s carpentry, repair, and finishing skills to be unsurpassed. The entire project—demolition to reentry—took just four months. On day one, every subcontractor had already been scheduled and confirmed, including a professional clean-out crew who came the final day to polish the details. The result was so amazing that my home became an entry in our annual Master Builders Association Tour of Homes. Over 400 visitors came during the two-day event, and all were in stunned by the beauty. The kitchen was later shown on a magazine cover. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the result. The project was more creative than anything I have ever done in my life. Josh’s calm demeanor and wit only added to the experience. If I ever have an opportunity to work with Josh again, I’ll jump at it. No questions. I highly recommend his work.
